Sean was instrumental in bringing the VJ series video borescope to life, establishing RF System Lab US in 2008 after six years of product development with partners in Nagano, Japan. As General Manager, Sean is responsible for ensuring that the outstanding team members at RF have all of the tools, resources and products they need in order to exceed the expectations of customers. Although he is involved in many aspects of the company, Sean is particularly focused on new product development and product enhancements. Prior to establishing RF USA, Sean worked for 10 years in the dental equipment industry, during which time he met and established his friendship with Mr. Jiro Maruyama, CEO of RF System Lab. Sean is a Michigan native and graduate of the University of Michigan Business School.
Duncan is the Director of Sales and Marketing. He joined RF System Lab in 2013 and leads the US sales and marketing team. Duncan also provides support to the VP of Government Programs and is driving the company’s expansion into the South American market. Previously, Duncan worked for a leading digital marketing agency for 12 years where he served as the Director of Client Services. He also worked as a staff member at both Michigan State University and The University of Texas at Austin. Duncan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Michigan State University. He enjoys family life, playing music, and outdoor recreation.
Erin Stirzinger is the Office Manager at RF System Lab and supports three different departments of the company; customer service, logistics, and accounting. Erin joined RF in 2016 and previously worked as Operations Manager at an accounting firm. She recently moved to Traverse City and in her spare time enjoys being outdoors and experiencing all that Northern Michigan has to offer.
Zack Wessels is a Senior Sales Consultant for RF System Lab. He helps customers select the ideal high-quality video borescope for their specific inspection application. Zack graduated from the University of Iowa, where he held a major in Management and minor in Spanish. Eight years ago, he moved to Traverse City, Michigan and was most recently working in website sales and marketing. In his spare time, Zack enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, motorcycling, Frisbee golfing, running and kayaking.
Joel Greene is a Sales Consultant for RF System Lab. With an MBA from Lawrence Technological University, his varied experience and business acumen, especially in the automotive industry, is an asset to the team and our customers. Growing up on a farm with a goal to live where they wished to retire, he and his wife moved back from Washington D.C. to raise their 5 children out in the country.
Evan is a Sales Consultant for RF System Lab. With a background in Network Television and a lifelong interest in cameras, Evan brings his special expertise to all applications of the articulating video borescope technology. He will help you get the most out of your purchase, today, next week, and next year. Evan is a native of Michigan and a graduate of Grand Valley State University. He lives in Traverse City with his wife, two boys, and Australian Shepherd. He enjoys hockey, cycling, hiking, photography, and spending time outdoors.
Cody began his career with RF in 2010 by doing project work on a part-time basis, joining the company full time in 2013. As a Marketing Specialist, Cody manages the flow of customer inquiries and connects each inquiry to the Sales Consultant best suited to that industry or application. In addition to performing most of the day-to-day marketing tasks, Cody works with the Sales Consultants in support of RF’s Customer Satisfaction program and helps manage the company’s IT systems. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to and playing music, hiking with his hound, studying military and political history, and gaming.
